Our fleet of Robots streamline the order fulfilment process, picking customer orders efficiently and with the highest level of accuracy, which ultimately elevates the overall fulfilment experience for our clients and their customers.
Our Geek+ RoboShuttle system ensures that the order picking process is at its most efficient. The system comprises a structural racking framework where all products are safely and cleanly stored in plastic totes. Upon receiving an order, the Autonomous Mobile Robots (ARMs) navigate their way carefully through the narrow isles to retrieve the correct totes storing the required items.
The robots convey the bins to our operators, who then effortlessly pick the right products for each order, scanning each item to ensure accuracy. Each customer order is then swiftly completed by transferring the retrieved items to a small tote within an automated ‘pick-to-light wall’ to maximise collation accuracy, in preparation for packing.
By deploying the robots, our order picking method guarantees speed of order preparation, and our clients are able to see the progress of their orders in real time.
