Chris’ approach to business is pragmatic and to the point. Having always been self-employed he understands first-hand the entrepreneurial nature of e-commerce markets and what it takes to succeed. A hands-on and open approach is central to his style. Asked what makes his leadership different he states his preference for clear, honest and effective communication both internally and externally as well as a core focus on service delivery; “getting the job done well, and now!” lies at the heart of his and the company’s success. Above all, Chris recognises that ProFS cannot succeed unless it’s clients do.

Liam McDermott

CFO ProFS Group

After qualifying in Glasgow as a Chartered Accountant Liam gained a wealth of experience in SME’s both from having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and assisting subsidiary Cork Gully.In more hands on roles he worked with marine traders, brewers, department stores and property services. His first job in an engineering firm gave him an insight into process management and manufacturing technology. He later moved to Jersey with PWC and joined Merrill Lynch to head up Finance and Controls for SG Warburg in the Channel Islands and played a major role in its sale and transition to RBSI and the subsequent sale of 30% to the Bank of New York.

Gael Mezec

CTO ProFS Group

With 30+ years’ experience of software development and IT management in the public, finance and ecommerce sectors, Gael is responsible for the efficiency, reliability, integrity and security of our systems. Gael works with new clients to create seamless integrations allowing order, despatches and inventory data to synchronise in real time as well as managing integrations with various ecommerce platforms and couriers. Gael’s mission is to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Michael Boarer


Responsible for Sales and Customer go-liveacross ProFS Michael has a 20 year track record in Team leadership in a variety of industries in the public and private sector. These include Logistics with Jersey Post, Banking with Abbey International/ Santander, and Telecomms with BT. These responsibilities included several outsource projects which have given him a particular empathy with clients looking to use ProFS across the world. Since the early days of ProFS he has worked with clients across all sectors in the delivery of integration projects, tailoring the company’s WMS, infrastructure and IT programme.

Weeb Cnossen

VP Marketing ProFS Group

As an Engineer with a degree in Automotive Technology, Weeb founded his first eCommerce startup in 1999, selling luxury cars to the booming British market. Pioneering the online retail was a valuable experience that kicked off his journey into the world of (online) marketing and business development. For the past15 years Weeb has led global marketing activities for a wide range of Hi-tech start-ups, creating lead-machines that exceed targets. With a passion for people, business and all things tech, he uses his toolkit to hack business growth for a living. Weeb joined ProFS in 2016 as VP Marketing. When not at work you can find him on the trails or slopes, crash-testing yet another mountain bike or a pair of skis.

Craig Corbett

Group Procurement and Logistics Director

With over 25 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution, Craig brings all of that to bear in running our UK operations. His 10 years spent seeing the world in the Royal Air Force, and 5 years working for Crabtree & Evelyn running the distribution supply chain from wholesale to retail including exports and mail order and eventually the ecommerce sector have equipped him for most eventualities. He has been with the business for 7 years having moved from the Bridgend to be close to our centre in Bedford.

Magdalena Kiszkiel

UK Operations Manager

Magda’s career in ecommerce fulfilment started with a position in where she gained logistics experience in pick/ pack/ receive/ and quality control departments. She then moved to MIQ Logistics (3PL) where she worked on the introduction of the Gant UK e-commerce channel, shop floor process design as well as running the office. As a section leader she was also overseeing the team looking after other sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, Outlet) as well as operations of the e-commerce side of the business. Magda joined ProFS in July 2014. She has CIPD (HR) and CILT (Logistics and Transport) qualifications.

Mark Handley

Systems and Process Change Manager

Mark started his career in pharmaceutical logistics and spent 10 years with one of the largest3PLs in that sector, mainly managing Returns and Inventory but also with involvement inclient implementation, QA, and IT. During this time he worked with some of the largest pharmaceutical producers and distributors in the world where he was heavily involved with process development and a range of projects including pharmaceutical recall management and control, pick area design, and developing new warehouse management systems (WMS) functionality through to launch.

Igor Arnaudov

Director of MK Operations

Igor trained as mechanical engineer and has had the chance to put this education into practice when he worked for Telmar providing technical support in their move to digital platforms, then at MK Petrol where he designed and built gas pipelines and finally as one of the first Commercial CEOs of a Balkans public utility where he ran one of the largest water and sewage companies in the region. His understanding of production and process flow including JIT, Kanban and FiFo have been an essential component in the set-up of our operation.

Katina Krango

Director of Sales Development

Katina has always travelled extensively in her career, initially to London and then in her first high profile role with the state investment service responsible for supporting ministers in attracting inward investment. This took her to most countries in Europe and an extended stint in Asia. After 5 years in this role she joined the company in 2012 and her network and understanding of the legal, regulatory and Financial set-up of the region has been essential in client set-up.
